Returns will only be accepted for books that were sent in error or have printing defects. The return process must begin via email to our Customer Service at sac@classictownbooks.com, providing the following information:
After receiving this information, we will send instructions for the return at no cost to the purchaser. Refunds will be processed by credit to the buyer's bank account (exclusive to the purchaser) after the product has been assessed by the logistics department in the case of printed books and approved by our finance department. The refund will be completed within 20 business days from the receipt of the returned book. Damaged books will not be accepted for return.
